How to prepare a RFQ from plastic injection mold maker/molder ?

if you would like to send us a RFQ,  there will be  questions at the beginning stage, but it is the best way to avoid future risks that are caused by not detailed information.
 
1) Mold cavity number, Mold steel requested.
    If you are not sure, just tell us your production qty,
    We will suggest the most moderate cavity number and best-offer steel that can meet your need.
2) Raw material use,  Better tell us the material features.
    Some material must use mold steel and machine that are resistant to  corrosion,  for example. PVC.
3)  Advise the surface requirement, for example, if need mirror polishing, texture or others.
4)  Your machine size. Better send the machine layout so we can customize the molds to exactly meet your machine.
