For better cooling in plastic injection molding, molder China designed tooling with Beryllium Copper Moldmax HH.

It also has  high hardness HRc40  for longer tooling life.

Injection molder China design tooling in short injection cycle   to gain lowest molding cost. It is justified especially on high quality molding. 

For restricted space of no cooling circuit, it is simplified using Beryllium Copper for effective cooling accordingly to prevent bottleneck
