I​n order to help you have a better understanding on our work flow, I attached our project management. From it you can see how we manage a project from the quoting stage to after sales service. During each stage, our project manager will have communication with you for the technical issues, this can make sure we don’t miss anything.
 
For example, during the mold making period, our project engineer will send the progress report to you every Monday. From the report you can see how the mold is machined, we also attach some clear manufacturing pictures for your idea. After each mold trial, mold trial report, mold trial video, machine setting report, measuring report, etc will also be sent to you for your better understanding. This is necessary and important.
